Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 48 to 72 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 72 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for your order are included in the listed price of the product. Once your order has been processed, shipping will usually take between 3 to 7 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Shipping costs are already included in your order. However, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Poccasin Productions is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We do not offer returns or exchanges, however, in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at poccasinproductions@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
